Fighting Combat Fitness & Modern Combat Martial Arts offers a wide range of specialised training programmes & packages to suit your individual requirements and achieve your health & fitness goals.IMG_3537Many people feel that certain methods of exercise suit their personalities and character. Some of our members prefer the One to One approach and feel they benefit far more from ‘Personal Training’ than within a class environment, where other members feel they enjoy and achieve just as well within our FCF classes. Some of our members love training with FCF so much that they have One to One Personal Training sessions & class memberships.

The choice really is up to each individual member on what training package suits them.

Personal Training sessions can be booked in a Pay As You Go format per session or alternatively in packages of 4, 8 or 12 sessions (packages must be paid for in advance to receive the discounted PT rate) Personal Training sessions can be arranged in the comfort of your very own home as we can bring all the specific training equipment to you. Alternatively we can train you at the private Personal Training Performance studio in Pinner, Middlesex.

FCF & MCMA Head Instructor

David Hall is the Head Instructor for Fighting Combat Fitness & Modern Combat Martial Arts. David began his journey training in Judo at age 6 and competed in various U.K based tournaments until deciding to start cross training in different disciplines – Boxing, Muay Thai, Japanese Ju – Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu – Jitsu & Krav Maga. The MCMA vision is to teach and inspire others to learn an evolved reality-based & non-competitive self defence system for today’s modern world.

With a background in competitive martial arts from age 6, David understands the discipline involved in maintaining focus and motivation for martial arts. David began training in Judo as a young boy, traditional Japanese Ju – Jitsu & Boxing in his teens, then eventually took to Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) & Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in his 20’s.

In 2009 David began cross training in different combative disciplines such as Krav Maga and Kali which opened his eyes to the difference between street-based combat and sport-based combat. Over the years David had the opportunity to teach and grade many students for other associations and organizations, which brought him to discover his passion for teaching, coaching & inspiring others to learn how to defend themselves and their families. David eventually developed his own unique Martial Arts & Self Defence System: MCMA.

David is also highly qualified within the fitness industry and holds the following qualifications: Premier Diploma in Personal Training / Premier Fitness Trainer Award / Premier Nutrition and Weight Management for sport / Premier Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy / Accredited Stroke Instructor with ARNI. / J.A.C. Junior Athletic Conditioning Coach.

David is certified and registered within the Krav Maga Haim Zut organization.
